Each month, owner & culinary director, Jill Erber, selects two wines from across Italy. Pairs might include a seasonal red & white, distinct variations on the same grape, or a regional focus. (To name only a few potential themes.) Italy is the largest wine producing country in the world with spectacular geographic diversity and truly ancient history. You are in for a treat and a surprise every month!

How It Works:

1. Choose your subscription and add-ons
2. Your subscription starts the following month after sign up
3. We'll send you an email confirming your subscription and providing you with coupon codes for your "perks"
4. Pick up your subscription monthly beginning on the second Monday of the month. Don't worry, we'll send you a reminder email when the monthly packages are ready.
5. Billing occurs monthly on your anniversary day. Start, pause, & stop any time.

• Each month, Jill creates a video presenting tasting notes, background, and culture (printout notes with QR code to access video are included with your wine package)

• Jill's Premier Selection +$50. This is a unique bottle of wine from a small production, with very high points, exemplary brand reputation, or exceptional vintage.
• Pasta, Sauce, & Parm +$22. Each month receive an 8oz package of our housemade fresh pasta, 16oz jar of housemade sauce, and a 1/4lb of imported Parmigiano Reggiano. Perfect dinner for two. (Pasta Shape & Sauce change monthly.)
