Here’s how it works: Pay now, book later! Make your payment in advance, and once you've built up a credit, schedule your tattoo appointment with one of our amazing artists!

Re: Inkvestment plans

By participating in the "Inkvestment" program at Sink or Swim tattoo Co., you acknowledge and agree to all the following terms: 

All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable: Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another person under any circumstances. 

Payments are made to the shop, not towards a specific artist: Your credit is paid directly to Sink or Swim Tattoo Co., not to a specific artist. If your chosen artist leaves Sink or Swim tattoo co., your credit remains with the shop and can be used with any available artist. Please note, there is nothing the business can do regarding artists leaving, but Sink or Swim tattoo Co. is committed to providing you with the high-quality service.

By signing up for this long-term plan, you acknowledge that your desired artist may leave or move to another shop, and that your credit is with Sink or Swim Tattoo Co., & is not tied to any specific artist.

You cannot transfer your payment to a friend or family member: The prepaid amount is tied to you and cannot be shared or reassigned. 

Chargebacks and disputes are not permitted: By making a payment, you waive the right to dispute the charge except where required by law. If a chargeback is initiated, Sink or Swim Tattoo Co. reserves the right to recover the full amount, including legal and administrative fees. 

Failure to book an appointment does not entitle you to a refund: If you do not schedule your appointment after making a payment, your prepaid amount remains valid for use at Sink or Swim Tattoo Co., but no refunds will be issued. 

Missed appointments result in forfeiture of payment: If you miss your scheduled appointment without proper notice, you forfeit the full cost of that session. Rescheduling is subject to shop policies and availability. 

By making your first payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted to all the above terms. No exceptions.
