Non-Transferable – Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Billing & Auto-Renewal – Membership fees will be automatically charged on a monthly basis. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

No Rollovers – Unused services (e.g., massages, sauna sessions) do not roll over to the next month and must be used within the billing period.

No Cash Value & Non-Refundable – Membership benefits have no cash value and are non-refundable.

Discount Restrictions – Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, gift certificates, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting that month’s service.

Right to Refuse Service – Still Water’s Retreat Center reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time if policies are violated or if behavior is deemed inappropriate.
