The Social Club

This bi-monthly club includes 1 pre-selected bottle of any wine and 1/4 lb of cheese perfectly paired with the wine | $30 every other month

What is the Membership:

• This is an automatically bi-monthly billed wine & cheese club subscription
• Member must be 21 years old to join
• Member benefits are for members only and are non-transferable
• Unused monthly benefits do not roll over to the next month
• Memberships are billed upon sign up and future cycles billed on the 1st day of the membership experience month
• Club memberships may be cancelled at any time with a 15-day written notice after 2 club pick-ups, and prior to the next billing date, or a $75 cancellation fee will be charged
• Wine & cheese not picked up within 35 days of release, will be delivered/shipped to the member at an additional cost
• No swapping out wines or cheeses. We have carefully and thoughtfully selected these for you to enjoy and explore. Don't be afraid to try something new
• Each shipment includes tasting notes!

Terms of the Agreement:

____ By joining the wine & cheese club, I am agreeing to take two club experiences at a minimum from Grazing Theory Wine & Cheese Shop

____ Charges to the above credit card will include the cost of the club experience and applicable taxes

____ Should I decide to cancel the membership, a written 15-day notice via postal mail or email is required prior to the next billing date

____ A $75 cancellation fee will be applicable should I withdraw before fulfilling the two club experiences requirement

____ Pickup orders are held for 35 days. After the 35 days, shipping and handling costs will be charged to the card on file, and the experience will be shipped.

____ I am responsible for all shipping/delivery fees associated with my membership

____ The Wine & Cheese Club is subject to change at any time
