Submatic was founded in 2022 by Dan Merns. Dan has worked with retailers and restaurants for over a decade. When he joined a major retailer's subscription membership program he noticed that it had a big impact on his buying habits and brand loyalty. Dan thought that this type of subscription program could be beneficial for lots of businesses so he created Submatic.
